1981:
October 17 - 75th Anniversary Dinner & Dance at Manhem Club,
Bronx, NY
1982:
1st Annual Scandinavian Spring Dance together with the Danish
and Norwegian folkdance groups.
1984:
Club joined the T-Shirt craze. A new symbol was developed which
was eventually applied to shirts, a Club pin, a Club banner and
on our business cards.
1985:
First trip to participate in Nordlek Folk Festival in Turku,
Findland.

1986:
October 4th - 80th Anniversary Celebration at Micali Terrace,
Brooklyn, NY. Guests included 18 member Allmogegillet folk dance
group from Gothenburg who presented a series of "Högreståndsdanser,"
the type of dances
done in Manor houses in the 19th Century, Parliament member Rune
Angstrom and Vice Consul General Bjorn Tegeby
1988:
Second trip to participate in Nordlek Folk Festival in Bergen,
Norway.
Performed for the King &
Queen of Sweden at the South Street Seaport celebrating the
350th Anniversary of the first landing of Swedes in Delaware
1990:
8th Annual Spring Dance with
40 guest dancers from Orsa, Dalarna, Sweden. Together they
danced with 40 members of the Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish
folkdancers.
Performance at UN Plaza.
December 15 - 21st Annual Christmas Dance at St Patrick's Hall,
Brooklyn, NY.
1992:
June -
Performed at the Scandinavian American Heritage Society (SAHS)
for Midsummer celebration, at County Copllege, Randolph, NJ.
December , The group celebrated the
season with their annual Lucia celebration in Bay Ridge Brooklyn
at St. Patrick's Hall on 4th Ave. and 97th Street. Our Lucia
bride was Madeline Pearson. Reported in the Bay Ridge Courier on
12/28/92.
1994:
3rd trip to Nordlek in Linköping,
Sweden.
1998:
